Mid-Day Movement

Stuck at home? Struggling with the Covid 20? Soon to be 21?! Slouched, electronic addicted posture? Want to kick off your new year right? Let ObnoxiouslyFit fix yo sh!t. Meet me Mondays at noon for 30 minutes of movement. This is a built in support group where we will all take a moment to start our week with our heads screwed on straight and reset our intentions for the next 6 days. Because of the nature of this class enrollment will be on a monthly basis.

Soothing Stretches

This is for all my gentle movers out there looking to find freedom and release from their toes to their nose. Think 30 minutes of stress free bliss built into your week. This class is also scheduled right after Mid-day Movement and Bodyweight Bootcamp as a complete cool down and reset.

Mondays 12:30pm - 1:00pm

Fridays 5:45pm - 6:15pm

Sugarfoot Therapy

Sugarfoot Therapy is a revolutionary injury prevention conditioning program created by Doctor of Physical Therapy Nicholas Cutri and professional dancer/choreographer Katie Schaar. Used by dancers and dance educators worldwide, Sugarfoot Therapy brings the exercises of sports physical therapy to dancers. When practiced regularly, these exercises are scientifically proven to help reduce injury risk. We work on muscle activation, 3 dimensional movement, and creating stable mobility throughout the body.
